Administrator Privileges

The four Administrator privileges available for a group all pertain to database administration operations:

• Use Administrator. Enabling the Use Administrator privilege allows the group granted the privilege to use the Relativity DBA software on the specified catalog.
• Create Group. Enabling the Create Group privilege permits the group granted the privilege to add new database groups to the catalog.
• Date Constants. Enabling the Date Constants privilege allows the group granted the privilege to change the existing (default) values for the date constants of the database in the catalog. These date constants include 'Days' Base Date, 'YYYY' Base Year, 'YY' Base Year, 'YY' Century Cutoff, and configurable date formats.
• Reports. Enabling the Reports privilege permits the group granted the privilege to create and use reports for information in the catalog. Note that the Reports functionality is currently unavailable.
