DATA-RANGE=value

DATA-RANGE=value

value defines the range of legal input values. The default range is 32,65536 - this range covers all Unicode characters. The maximum range is 1,65536.

This value may also be set using the configuration variables KBD-DATA-RANGE-HIGH and KBD-DATA-RANGE-LOW. These are both integer values.

Important: In previous versions of extend, the variables could be set to byte values. If you use a character to set these variables, you now need to change how they are set.
