This configuration variable specifies what to return in the TERMINAL_INFO structure for the HAS_GRAPHICAL_INTERFACE configuration variable.
If set to TRUE (ON, YES, 1), then HAS_GRAPHICAL_INTERFACE is always N. If set to FALSE (OFF, NO, 0) the value is based on the type of system (Y for Windows graphical, N otherwise).
