This variable specifies the version number of new Vision data files that are created by AcuServer. The default value is 6, which produces Vision files in the latest format (Version 6). Version 5 and later files are generated in a dual file format, with data records stored in one segment and overhead key information stored in another. The value 4 produces Version 4 files, which also use the dual file format, but do not support the larger maximum record size and larger block sizes available in Version 5 and later. The value 3 produces Version 3 files, in which data and keys are stored in a single file.
