PO List
This page displays a lists of the Partitioned Data Set (PDS) members for the selected data set.
Note: In an MVS mainframe environment, a file can be defined as an individual data set or as part of a partitioned data set (PDS).
MSS supports both of these methods.
The data sets listed here are associated with a Partitioned Organized (PO) data set, and are known as its members. The member data sets have an organization of Partitioned Data Set Member (PDSM).
Check single or multiple entries in the catalog list then click
DELETE to delete the selected entries. Alternatively, click the delete
icon on individual rows.
Click DCB to view and modify information for the corresponding cataloged data set.
- DS Org
- Displays the data set organization of the data set. Can be one of:
- PDSM
- Partitioned data set member (Micro Focus organization)
- PO
- Partitioned Organized
- DS Name
- Displays the data set name of the output file, in mainframe format.
- Display
- Click
to display the content of the Partitioned Data Set (PDS) member.
- DCB
- Click
to view and modify information for the corresponding cataloged data set.
