Integrated Enterprise Development Project Application

The Enterprise Developer IDE provides an integrated AWM application supporting the standard Micro Focus project functions. It provides you with the ability to work in the context of Micro Focus COBOL or PL/I projects, for example, for editing, compiling, or debugging programs.

The application is part of the "Enterprise Developer System", which is automatically added to the Application Explorer view in new Eclipse workspaces. See the figure below:

If the Enterprise Developer system does not appear in the tree view (if, for instance, it was deleted by a user), it can be added by using the Add System(s) dialog:
