To dynamically tune IMS message queue performance

To dynamically tune IMS message queue performance, preform the following steps in ESCWA:

1. In the menu bar, click Native.
2. In the navigation tab, expand Directory Servers, and then select your enterprise server region.

   Ensure that you have set the ES_TMC_AGGREGATE environment variable. See To enable dynamic IMS message queue performance tuning for more information.

3. Click General > Control, and then click Start.
4. Click IMS > Control.

   This opens the IMS Control page.

5. Click the TM tab. This will display the System Overview and Control group.
6. In the System Overview and Control group, modify any of the following as required:
   • Transaction Threshold
   • Enable Q Flush Aggregate
   • Q Flush Time
   • Disable Dynamic Flushing
   • Keypoint Frequency

7. When you have completed your modifications, click Apply.

   Changes take effect immediately.
