Revoking licenses when you do not have an Internet connection

Note: This topic only applies for licenses installed with an authorization code.

You must have write access on the license file that contains the authorization codes.

  1. Start Micro Focus License Administration
  2. Select the Uninstall Licenses option by inputting 5.
  3. Select the license to revoke and press Enter.
  4. Type the number of licenses to revoke and press Enter.

    An error message is returned confirming there is no Internet connection. This message includes the name of the file containing the License Revocation Tickets (LRTs).

  5. Copy this file into an email and send it to your SupportLine representative.
